Case Study 1: Transient Hotel

Role:  Web Designer and Content Creator

As a Social Media Manager, I collaborated with the Business Owner to develop the branding design of their website as well as content development for Facebook and Instagram posts, print materials, and signs to inform visitors of the business.

 

The business owner wants a colorful yet clean and calm combination of color branding, the graphics were to complement the company logo and guidelines.

What Went Well:
  • The number of followers on Facebook has increased by 48%. 

  • The Landing Page has boosted the company's online credibility and improved the consumer experience. 

  •  The promotion through Facebook has improved the Organic reach in addition to the business's partnerships with Third Party marketing firm like RedDoorz, which has raised the number of Contact Us interactions on the website.
     

Case Study 2:  Beach Vacation House and Lodging

Role:  Web Designer and Content Creator

Timeline:   60 days

Date Completed:  Oct 2022

The Beach Vacation House and Lodging is a start-up company that caters to the needs of the tourists, travelers and adventure seekers.  My initial research focused on understanding and empathizing with the individuals who want to spend their time on a special vacation comfortably. 

I audited their Facebook and Instagram Account and  found out that the business needs to promote the nearby tourist destinations and create their Google Business Profile to increase their visibility in Google Search.  

Due to lack of financial budget, I helped them create a Landing Page to showcase their services and created Facebook and Instagram Posts to help the business improve its searchability.

What Went Well: 
  • The Facebook Account has increased it's followers by 20% 

  • The Blog Posts have increased the page views of the landing page. 

  • The Facebook Account became visible on the first page in the keyword search due to the "Most Relevant" post which targeted the specific audience.  (see more) 

  • Promoted the Beach Wedding Venue and Special Events Venue which has increased the awareness of the target audience and the community.   

  • The Beach Vacation House was chosen as the location for the Pre-Wedding Photography Shoot and Venue due to the increasing awareness of its breathtaking and panoramic ocean views.
